Howard S. Primer, CEO
Mr. Primer contributed the initial vision and continues to provide operational leadership for this member-centric family of companies. Mr. Primer is an attorney with a substantial background in several facets of the real estate industry. He served as the General Counsel for one of the largest privately held real estate companies in Chicago. While in that capacity he participated in multiple aspects of the real estate business, including the syndication of the investment, the legal, operational oversight and protection of assets, and the facilitation of enhanced revenues. Just prior to founding RPG, Mr. Primer served as the CEO of a large construction company that specializes in the rehabilitation of existing multi-family housing. In addition to his real estate experience, Mr. Primer has substantial understanding of the regulatory influences that affect real estate; he served as the chief executive of a large department of state government and on the staff level of the U.S. Senate. Mr. Primer has also served on the board of several companies. Mr. Primer resides in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Sharon (Shebbie) Graves, Director of Acquisitions & Analysis
Ms. Graves oversees property acquisitions analysis and analysis of internal performance metrics. Ms. Graves joined RPG in December 2005. She holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee and has more than twenty-five years of experience in property acquisitions and real estate finance. She began her career with a national real estate syndication firm specializing in conventional and subsidized multifamily properties. She went on to become a vice president of finance for a Knoxville-based developer and property management firm which owns and operates thousands of multifamily units across the southeast. She then served as the executive director of a non-profit housing developer and later as a consultant to for-profit and non-profit housing developers. Ms. Graves resides in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Shana Crespo, Brand Accountability Manager
Ms. Crespo's residential property management experience encompasses over 18 years of accomplishments in fee managed and owner operated portfolios. She has extensive experience in acquisitions, new construction, lease-ups, re-positions, renovations, community associates, and stabilized management operations. Ms. Crespo began her career as a leasing professional in 1992 with Sentinel Real Estate in Atlanta, Georgia. Eventually, overseeing the operations of 12 properties in metro Atlanta. Ms. Crespo leveraged her talents with Trammell Crow, Archstone-Smith and Fairfield Residential, successfully managing re-stabilizations and lease-ups in Atlanta, in Washington DC and full renovation projects in the South Florida market. Ms. Crespo next joined Signature Housing Solutions where she managed $7.5 million in renovation work and coordinated acquisitions for $113 million in assets. For Pinnacle, she managed a portfolio of conventional and tax credit communities throughout North and Central Florida. Shana Crespo holds her Community Association Management License in Florida and is a Certified Apartment Manager. She is also actively pursuing candidacy for the Certified Property Manager designation.
